• What material are your products made out of?

That's a great question!  All of our artwork is made from 16 gauge cold rolled steel.  

• How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours. You'll have the option to pick your shipping speed/price at checkout. If you have a question about your order, please send us an email at sales@forevermonograms.com with your order number and we will respond promptly with the status.  

• How do I mount the artwork?

Another commonly asked question we receive is "how do we mount the artwork". There are several ways to go about it, but the easiest and most aesthetic way of doing it is using 3M double sided adhesive tape.  This allows for a hardware free mount that is extremely durable and strong.

• Can I display my piece outside?

Absolutely!  We finish all of our products with powder coat, which creates a rust resistant finish that can withstand all weather conditions.
